Glamorously Her is a brand of The Emerald Orchards Ltd. Our products, including the Argania Glam line, are handmade, ethically sourced, 100% natural and organic cold-processed soaps. All products are certified in laboratories based in the UK.  Tests are conducted regularly after the production phase and during the curing period to ensure quality and safety.

2. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Our soaps are safe for use by the whole family from the age of 3 unless otherwise stated on individual product listings. All colorants used are derived from herbs and seeds. As our products contain natural ingredients including essential and nut oils, we recommend checking ingredient lists and conducting a patch test prior to use. The images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Handcrafted products can slightly differ in appearance from batch to batch, which is expected and makes every bar unique.

3. ORDERS & PURCHASING

We offer one-time purchases. Subscribers will benefit from early access to new and limited products in addition to other perks. Subscriptions can be managed through your account on our website.

4. SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. We will start shipping world wide from November 2025. Shipping times may vary based on location and customs processing.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may return unused products within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected, subject to bank processing times. To initiate a return, please email us. We aim to respond to all issues within 24 hours and handle each concern individually. In case a product is damaged or incorrect, a full refund including the shipping costs, if any,  is issued immediately after receiving the evidence
